All products from Chraxellphjlix are custom-made to your specifications. Because our blinds and curtains are manufactured specifically for your windows, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order specifications, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will inspect the product and, if confirmed defective, we will either repair, replace, or provide a full refund at our discretion.
If we made an error in measuring your windows, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you. If you provided incorrect measurements, we may be able to make adjustments for a fee, depending on the extent of the changes required.
You may cancel your order before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, cancellation may not be possible, or you may be subject to cancellation fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 business days of receiving the returned product or confirming the issue. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
All custom window treatments from Chraxellphjlix come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and coverage details will be provided with your order confirmation.
